A Brew from Abroad

I’m here to help you find the best and most unique coffee spots across Glasgow, offering a more distinctive experience than your regular chain stores. For my first post to this blog I'm starting with the  Ottoman Coffeehouse located at Charing Cross. In other stores you often feel a sense of urgency, whereas here, there was a very laid-back mood that allowed customers to feel at home. With décor and products themed off of their travels to Istanbul, there truly isn’t another place like this in Glasgow. The menu offered a range of items, with numerous products that I had never tried, or in some cases, heard of before. I decided to go for the Original Pistachio Baklava, which was amazing, paired with a latte and an almond biscuit.
